Intro
I’m a strategy executive with 15+ years of experience in UX, CX, product and service design. I’m a deeply pragmatic strategist who’s driven to connect thinking with doing. I love delivering experiences that are meaningful for users and create an impact for my clients.
Work
I believe my job is to enable the people I work with to do their best work. I’m a bridge and a translator between communities with different needs - businesses, users, designers and developers. I bring order to chaos. I find new ways of looking at problems so designers can imagine unique solutions. I learn, I facilitate, and I define. How lucky am I?

My CV
I’ve held a variety of design, research and strategy positions both in agencies and client-side, with experience in the technology, financial services, healthcare, retail, food and beverage, and consumer goods industries.
I’ve helped create websites, apps, and omnichannel experiences. Some net new, some optimizations, and some extensions. I’ve also built new UX/CX service offerings, processes, programs and practice areas.
I’m currently based at the Jersey Shore, but work remotely with clients all over the world.
